Beauty Vs Disgust. (2017)

Through this project I have looked at the juxtaposition between what can be considered beautiful or disgusting. I have looked at how nails and hair, when in specific parts of the body are considered a form of beauty and people, especially women are encouraged to have them and are praised when their hair or nails are long. Though, when hair or nails are seen out of their 'beautiful' context they are considered something disgusting or gross.
